Spectacular sock yarn

I had a moment of weakness a little while ago and bought some awesome sock yarn from Wool Silk Lace.  I love the colours in this yarn, the stellina in it glitters in the navy blue like stars in the night sky, and the contrasting colours remind me of the planets.  It knits up really well, and I have already made most of a sock using a toe-up pattern.  My first pair of socks were knitted from the top down on DPNs, so it is a change to go in the other direction on circulars!  As I have so much yarn, I’m going to really splash out and make some long socks for the Winter months – it’ll probably take me that long to make them!

Technical specs:

Yarn name: Night Fireworks (Hand dyed)
Shop: Wool Silk Lace

Materials: 75% Merino, 20% Stellina, 5% Nylon
